Made with high-quality ingredients, the formula and roasting process were created in 2012 by founder Mike Brown, who wanted a strong, bold and smooth cup.

We live to rebel against blah beans. Our products are unique in that we use a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans that are carefully roasted to deliver a bold, yet smooth cup with an extra kick of caffeine. We typically recommend using 2.5 Tbsps. of coffee for each 6oz of water, though you can adjust based on your usual brew method. For a full pot, we recommend a 1:10 coffee-to-water ratio.

Our coffees are free of any nut or gluten allergens and are produced in facilities that have no possibility of cross-contamination with these allergens. Our core roasts, including Dark Roast, Medium Roast, and Espresso Roast, offer subtle undertones of dark chocolate and black cherry, stone fruit and caramel, and caramelized sugar, respectively.

Our naturally flavored, ground coffee options include Vanilla, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Blue and Buried. The Vanilla features a warm, rich vanilla rounded out by notes of smooth, yet bold coffee. The Chocolate Hazelnut blends toasted hazelnut and rich fudge with a smooth coffee profile. The Blue and Buried offers homemade blueberry jam, luscious vanilla, and sweet Vietnamese cinnamon.

All our flavored coffees are medium roast and use Fair Trade Arabica and Robusta beans. The Vanilla has a rich vanilla balanced with familiar medium roasted coffee notes, the Chocolate Hazelnut features notes of fudge and toasted hazelnut, and the Blue and Buried has a jammy blueberry with notes of vanilla glaze and subtle sweet brown spices. The aftertastes include a pleasant, sweet vanilla with low bitterness, toasted hazelnut and semi-sweet chocolate finish, and subtle blueberry cake notes, respectively.
