Mommee Coffee's ground and whole bean coffee roast level is a medium roast, and the ground coffee has a medium grind. The unique aspect of their products is the use of a chemical-free, water processing method for removing caffeine from the coffee beans. The beans are roasted in a proprietary roasting machine that lowers the acid content of the coffee, resulting in half the chlorogenic acid found in typical coffee.

The Mommee Coffee beans are primarily sourced from Central America and Indonesia, with a focus on high-quality beans.

Mommee Coffee's Decaf Ground Coffee offers a full-flavored coffee experience without the caffeine. It features butterscotch and toffee notes, along with a sweet caramel aroma that will make your mouth water. The medium/fine grind is suitable for use in traditional drip machines and single-serving reusable cups. Whole beans are also available for those who prefer to grind their own coffee.

Mommee Coffee's roasting process produces coffee that is 100 times lower in Chlorogenic Acid and 4 times higher in beneficial antioxidants, making it a healthier option. It is 100% Organic, non-GMO, and naturally Gluten Free, with no added sugars or preservatives.
