The result of our careful roasting processes, which use air convection rather than contact conduction, is an almost completely acid-free, yet flavorful and aromatic coffee.

Our premium organic coffee beans are meticulously sourced from some of the most renowned coffee-producing regions in the world. The blend comprises 50% Chiapas beans from southern Mexico, 25% Nicaragua beans, and 25% Honduras beans. Chiapas beans, grown in volcanic soil at high altitudes, are mild and delicate, with slightly sweet notes of brown sugar and pear, as well as a pleasant nutty undertone. The Nicaraguan beans are complex yet subtle, exhibiting flavors of chocolate, nuts, vanilla, and even mild lemon. The Honduran beans, from another coffee powerhouse, are balanced and universally appealing, with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut.

These organic coffee beans are specially processed to contain low to no chlorogenic acid, while retaining full flavor and being free of mold and mycotoxins. Over 98% of coffee roasters use drum roasters, but we employ a unique method where the beans are gently roasted in a stream of very hot air, resulting in the almost complete removal of chlorogenic acid.

For our decaf offerings, we utilize the environmentally friendly, chemical-free Swiss water process to remove 99.9% of the caffeine, without compromising the exceptional taste.

The end result is a low-acid, highly drinkable coffee that is gentle on the stomach and can be enjoyed without the struggle of discomfort often associated with regular coffee. Our products are certified organic by Organic Certifiers and are 4-6 times higher in healthy antioxidants compared to other leading brands.
